Code of Conduct Policy:

In regards to employment practices, the following standards are maintained by us and expected from our business partners throughout the supply chain:
1. Forced Labor  Bonded, indentured, slave or prison labor are strictly prohibited. 
 2. Child Labor All employees are at least 18 years of age 
 3. Harassment or Abuse Employees are treated with respect and dignity. Physical, sexual, psychological harassment and abuse, as well as inappropriate disciplinary action are strictly prohibited. 
4. Discrimination  Discrimination in regards to hiring, training, job assignment, salary, benefits, promotion, discipline, termination and retirement, on the basis of their gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, or political opinion are strictly prohibited. 
 5. Health & Safety We try our best to provide a safety and healthy working environment, to reduce the likelihood of accidents or illnesses, attributable to any manufacturing operations and machinery handling. 
 6. Freedom of Association We allow freedom of Association in accordance with the national laws 
 7. Wages & Benefits Our workers are being paid more than the minimum wages. 
 8. Legal & Ethical Practices Worker rights’ are constantly preserved at the highest order throughout the supply chain, we and our partners are committed to comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations. 
 9. Environment Best eco-friendly practices are encouraged throughout our supply chain. 
 10. Workers are paid Monthly basis. 
 11. Daily Working hours  08 (Eight) hours.
 12. Weekly working hours 48 (Forty eight) hours. 
 13. Salary Ensure timely salary by 7th day of each month. Other benefits such as festival bonus, attendance bonus, earn leave etc. are being paid within specific time.
