In regards to employment practices, the following standards are maintained by us and expected from our business partners throughout the supply chain:

Bonded, indentured, slave or prison labor are strictly prohibited.

All employees are at least 18 years of age

Harassment or Abuse

Employees are treated with respect and dignity. Physical, sexual, psychological harassment and abuse, as well as inappropriate disciplinary action are strictly prohibited

Discrimination

Discrimination in regards to hiring, training, job assignment, salary, benefits, promotion, discipline termination and retirement, on the basis of their gender race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, or political opinion are strictly prohibited.

Health & Safety

We try our best to provide a safety and healthy working environment, to reduce the likelihood of accidents or illnesses, attributable to any manufacturing operations and machinery handling.

We allow freedom of Association in accordance with the national laws

Wages & Benefits

Our workers are being paid at least the minimum wages.

Worker rights’ must be held at the highest order throughout the supply chain, and our partners must fully comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations.

Salary

Ensure timely salary by 7thday of each month. Other benefits such as festival bonus, attendance bonus earn leave etc. are being paid within specific time.
